Scott Crevier's GEDCOM Server

Welcome to my GEDCOM web server. This project has been a labor of love. I've only been working on genealogy since January 1999, and in that short time, I have come to develop a great respect for those who have come before me.

The technology behind this web site is rooted in a CGI program I wrote called GEDCOM Browser. It allows you to simply upload a GEDCOM file, and immediately see your entire family tree on the web. I'm still in the process of fine tuning some of the features and functions of the program. As such, I only have the following trees on this site right now:

Jim Hershberger
Bill Larson

I hope to make this web site available for other family trees some time in the future. In the mean time, if you're interested in putting your tree here, and helping me test the site, let me know.
